A Houston Mom’s Guide to May

May is truly one of our favorite month’s here at Houston Moms Blog!  Cinco de Mayo, Bloom, Mother’s Day, patio weather for dining al fresco, and wrapping up the school year!  It’s that perfect temperature when you want to spend all of your time outside before that crazy Houston heat rolls in.  You can find me every weekend in May on a patio with some chips and queso while my kids play!

Being that it’s the end of the school year and activities can get a little hectic, it’s also a great time to sneak away for a little mom afternoon with girlfriends!  We’ve got you covered on this one!  Mark your calendars for May 6th for our annual Bloom Event!  Leave the Sunday chores to your partner {or Instacart} and join us for a fun afternoon of food, laughs, SWAG and girl time!

Be sure to also note all of the other fun events happening in and around Houston this month. From a Confetti-filled Cinco de Mayo celebration to Comicpalooza, Family festivals and movie nights, there truly is something for everyone this month in Houston!
