Her work is deeply rooted in equity, access, and sustainable program development.
Mayra is the founder of Girls Social Society, a girls-centered social space serving youth ages 7 and up. The program was created to help girls disengage from excessive social media use and reconnect with peers through in-person workshops, events, and enriching activities that foster confidence, creativity, and healthy social development.
Guided by both professional expertise and lived experience, Mayra continues to create spaces where girls feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
