Gifts for Babies and Preschoolers

Babies don’t keep! And very quickly they turn into preschoolers eager to learn and play. Christmas is a great time to encourage that curiosity and we’ve got adorable recommendations for both playtime and snuggle time with your cuties.

  • If your little one doesn’t yet have a Toniebox, this Christmas is the time! I wish these were around I had preschoolers. It’s an audio player great for bedtime stories, music, and education. If they already have one, add a few extra Tonies to their collection for new stories and songs!
  • And how cute is this little carrying case for their Toniebox and characters? Easily travel or bring along to grandma’s house.
  • Get outdoors and get active with a Plasma Car! So fun and easy to maneuver once they get the hang of it. Your little one will play with this for years.
  • Traveling soon? How adorable are these little rolling suitcases? Choose from a variety of colors and characters. There are lunchboxes and backpacks too!
  • Encourage creativity and literacy with your little one with this easy erasable LCD Drawing Board. Great for road trips!
  • Your little ones will have a blast with their very own modular play couch. Fort building and creativity commence!
  • How sweet is this fuzzy little Teddy coat. Stay warm and be adorable!
  • We all love Bluey & Bingo! Put these plushies on my wishlist too.
  • Beautiful and fun wooden toys are the best. The newest ice creamery set from Melissa & Doug is super sweet. We also love this Personalized Wooden name puzzle!

  • These little stepping stones look like so much fun for fun indoor or outdoor play!

  • I love games as gifts. It’s the fun that keeps on giving! Perfect for family or friend game nights, these are two of my favorite card games. First, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. It’s super easy and super fast and will have the whole family in stitches. For this next one, beware as there’s a lot of potty humor. But if your kids are anything like mine, it will be their favorite: Cards Against Humanity, Family Edition.
  • And if potty humor really is their jam, they’ll love this. You might hate it, but its Christmas, okay? Do it for the kids.

Bethany Dufilho
Bethany, the daughter of an army chaplain and a special education teacher, grew up moving every 2-3 years. She considers herself an introvert who had to learn how to make friends quickly! She met her Houstonian husband, Paul, in college and they married in 2004. They first settled just north of Houston, where she earned her master's degree at Sam Houston State in School Psychology. After working in public education for a couple of years, she decided to stay home full time with their children, Charlie {2008}, Norah {2010}, and Will {2013}. The family moved to Katy in 2012, where they’ve been ever since. She loves decorating and even had her own small business for a while. She also loves to read, binge-watch old TV shows, talk politics and enneagram, and will not turn down a cup of strong coffee or a good conversation with a friend.
