10 Printable Class Valentines for Last-Minute Mamas

Selecting class Valentines for school parties {known as Friendship Parties in our district} is one among many parental tasks I overthink. Do I want to give out candy? Do I want to give toys? What about something healthy{ish}? How much do I want to spend…?

And on, and on, and on. Right up till the day before parties. When the seasonal grocery shelves are picked over and lacking.

If you get stuck like this at the 11th hour, fear not! Pivot from the Seasonal to the Snack aisles, grab some single-serve multipacks, then power up your home printer for DIY Valentines.

Naturally, these class valentines are not only for use at the last minute. These give you something homespun and a little unique, whether prepared hours or days in advance.

Printable Valentine Messages

Here are some cute, printable Valentine messages formatted for standard 1 x 2 5/8-inch address labels. Peel and stick to the goodies you want to hand out. Some messages are intended for specific snack items {at this point in the October-to-February holiday season, I’m pretty tired of candy}, indicated below.

The messages can also be printed on regular paper or cardstock, then trimmed and attached to each treat with tape, ribbon, or seasonal stickers.

Our Friendship is Poppin

Attach message to a bag of microwavable popcorn or to an individual bag like Skinny Pop or Smart Pop, or to any other “popped” snack item.

Our Friend-CHIP is So Sigma

Attach to single-serving chips. Anything from corn and potato to fruit and veggie will work.

Raisin Awareness: You’re the Best

Attach to small boxes of regular or yogurt-covered raisins.

You’ve Got Major Sauce!

Some pun fun with applesauce and the slang word sauce {style, swagger, or confidence}.

You’re the G.OAT

The Greatest of All Time messages, with emphasis on the OAT, can be used with oatmeal-based snacks like oatmeal squares, protein, and granola bars.

You’re the CeREAL Deal

In my experience, cereal is as good as dessert. Find some single-serve bags, cups, or cereal treat bars to go with these messages.

Our Friendship Really SLAPS

When something slaps, it means it’s really impressive. If you’ve planned to do non-edible treats for Valentines, like slap bracelets, these are for you!

Lowkey Gen-A Valentines Messages

These Gen-A slangy messages speak for themselves. Attach to any treat of your choice. Potentially score major aura points from your kids. No cap.

Michelle Meinholz
Michelle originates from Pasadena, TX. She danced her way through high school and then business school at The University of Texas at Austin. After beginning her Human Resources career, Michelle relocated to Wisconsin, snatched up a workplace sweetheart {Jeff} who she lovingly refers to as "Farmboy", and brought him back to Texas, where they have lived since 2011. Michelle and Jeff married in 2014 and welcomed two sons into their lives (2015 and 2018). With two littles in the house, Michelle decided to leave the workforce in 2020 in favor of the SAHM gig. When the business suit came off and athleisure {or PJs} became her new dress code, Michelle discovered her love for writing and macrame. She wrote, illustrated, and self-published two children's books: What Shoes Do Yetis Choose? and Is the Minotaur a Rock Star? and launched her macrame Etsy shop in 2022: FourthHouseDesigns.etsy.com. When she is not chasing littles or chasing creative endeavors, Michelle is either volunteering on the PTO Board; inhaling a novel on history, spirituality, or fantasy romance; counting down the days until Halloween; being socially awkward; or watching cat videos -- sometimes all at once.
