Give Your Child the Gift of Music

Want to get your kids involved in something that will stretch and grow them in new ways? Something that will positively impact their cognitive, social, and emotional development? Music education has been found to increase creativity, improve academic performance, enhance social skills, and boost self esteem! Playing an instrument and singing can become lifelong hobbies. Why not start now with music lessons? As a music lover myself, I’m thrilled to share the news about Vivaldi Music Academy’s new location opening in the Heights. This music academy has been serving the Houston area for over a decade, and it’s exciting to see them expanding to a new neighborhood, spreading their positive impacts throughout our community.

For those who aren’t familiar with Vivaldi Music Academy, it’s a premier music school that offers private lessons in a variety of instruments, including piano, guitar, violin, voice, and more. They also offer group classes and summer camps for kids. Founded in 2013 by Zeljko Pavlovic, a critically acclaimed violinist, Vivaldi Music Academy is committed to providing high-quality music education that’s personalized to each student’s needs.

Now Open in the Heights!

With locations already in Bellaire, West U, Memorial, and Sugar Land, the newest Heights location, which opens April 24th, continues to offer private music lessons, group classes, and summer camps. Their teachers are patient, knowledgeable, and make learning music fun! They also offer convenient scheduling options, with lessons available seven days a week. They also offer virtual music lessons for those who prefer to learn from the comfort of their own home. This is a great option for those with busy schedules or for those who live further away from the physical locations.

Perfect for Any Age

The experienced and passionate instructors work with students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced musicians. Their teaching faculty is highly qualified, ranging from decorated recitalists to award winning composers with specific instrument degrees from renowned universities.

Their Vivaldi Seasons Program was specifically created with your tiny musicians in mind. Each class is small in size and focuses on a narrow age range from age 1 to 5! It’s a musical atmosphere of play, song, and dance developed specifically for early childhood development.

In addition to private lessons, Vivaldi Music Academy also offers performance opportunities for students. They host regular recitals and concerts where students can showcase their skills and gain valuable performance experience. Whether you’re looking for piano lessons for your child, voice lessons for yourself, or group classes for your family, you will definitely find what you’re looking for. Additionally, they focus on music theory and ear training, essential skills for any budding musician.

Bethany Dufilho
Bethany, the daughter of an army chaplain and a special education teacher, grew up moving every 2-3 years. She considers herself an introvert who had to learn how to make friends quickly! She met her Houstonian husband, Paul, in college and they married in 2004. They first settled just north of Houston, where she earned her master's degree at Sam Houston State in School Psychology. After working in public education for a couple of years, she decided to stay home full time with their children, Charlie {2008}, Norah {2010}, and Will {2013}. The family moved to Katy in 2012, where they’ve been ever since. She loves decorating and even had her own small business for a while. She also loves to read, binge-watch old TV shows, talk politics and enneagram, and will not turn down a cup of strong coffee or a good conversation with a friend.
