Got Hungry Kids? We Have Kids Eat FREE Solutions!

Updated June 2024

We rarely went out to eat when the kids were young. It was such a hassle trying to keep tabs on everyone. Between setting up the special clip-on high chair for the baby, helping kids use the bathroom or wash hands, and settling arguments over where people should sit, I was done before I had begun. The kids always had a great time but it felt like all I did was bark out orders in between bites.

“Put those salt and pepper shakers down right now!”

“No, you don’t need to move seats. Your seat is just fine.”

“Baby, please stop caressing the underside of the table with your hands.”

As they got older, it got easier and eating out became a fun treat that we could all finally enjoy. It’s great for the adults since we don’t have to cook or clean after a meal. And the kids love the change of scenery and the general festive atmosphere of being out somewhere. The best part though is that many restaurants have promotions where kids eat free or at a discount on certain nights!

We’ve got the full round up for you of where your kids can eat free and when. Check it out below and make eating out in Houston with your kids easy-peasy.
