Pool Bag Essentials for Labor Day Weekend

Even though school has started, we are still in full-blown summer mode over here through Labor Day! This long weekend, I plan on relaxing in the sun and soaking up every last bit of summer that I can. Here’s what I’m taking with me in my pool bag when I venture out in the sun the next few days.

rosey pink BOGG bagBOGG bags are all the rage and I’m here for it! These are rubber so sunscreen spills are no big deal. The chip crumbs and the water from wet suits wipe right up. Did I mention they don’t tip over? So these bags are stylish and a very family-friendly pool bag option. Hands down the cutest perk of the Bogg Bags are the accessories: check out the cool phone holders, charms, drink holders, and more.

navy towel with green alligators

Where there’s water, we need towels. But hey, let’s make them cute! Check out these fun towels I found from L.L Bean!

SPF and SUNSCREEN. Do we need to shout it louder? EVERYONE SHOULD BE ROCKIN SPF! I love to do it at home before we head the pool so I can make sure we get every spot and I’m not pulling everyone’s arm at the pool trying to get them to stay still. We’ve tried a few kinds but I can’t help but always return this one for that classic summer smell.

I’m LOVING underwater pics this year. And because my phone is not yet waterproof (let’s go phone companies!) I think it’s so cool to have a waterproof pouch for the phone!

Ok so everything needs to be put in a pouch. You can put snacks in one, chapstick and hair ties in another. These are super useful and the best ones I’ve found!

kids water bottles
Y’all stay hydrated out there too ok? I love to tote around my Stanley like every other basic girl but here is a water bottle I love for the kids!

Kindle Oasis
I love reading a good book by the pool. And since buying my Kindle Oasis I haven’t looked back. I went from reading one book maybe every 6 months to reading 1-2 each month and for a mom of three thats really getting in it!

With snacks will come spills. Or maybe it’s a sticky popsicle smile. Or maybe we on accident got some sunblock in the eyes. Whatever the need water wipes have our back.

cute first aid kit with rainbow pattern

You need a first aid kit because accidents happen. But who says you can’t have one that’s cute?

This wristlet is of the most handy accessories for moms. Have your keys and cards on the same ring. Talk about efficiency! And it comes in pink!

What’s in your pool bag? Enjoy the last bit of summer this weekend mamas!
