Houston Arboretum

Lions and tigers and bears—Oh my! You can find all of these animals and more at the Houston Zoo. In addition, they regularly host special events and camps for kids during the summer. GoApe

Experience nature from up in the trees at the aerial adventure courses and ziplines of GoApe. Challenge yourself on suspended bridges and swinging obstacles before riding ziplines from forest canopy to grassy bottom. HMNS has two locations, in Sugar Land and in the Museum District. Both locations are a great time for kids {and adults} of all ages to explore science in all of its glory! The Sugar Land location in particular is extra fun for the youngest members of your family with its multiple hands on displays, dig pit, and ride-on dinosaur. Membership includes 12 months unlimited admission to permanent exhibit halls at HMNS Hermann Park and HMNS Sugar Land, including the Morian Hall of Paleontology, the Cullen Hall of Gems and Minerals and the Wiess Energy Hall. Additionally, family Level members and above can take advantage of early and discounted registration for their popular Summer Camps at HMNS for children. These lively classes offer hands-on educational fun with stimulating topics like dinosaurs, insects, technology, archaeology and more.

Kids can touch, create and fully interact with every exhibit in the museum.  It’s like an episode of the Magic School Bus, and you and your kids can have access all year long with their many membership options. All membership levels include unlimited, FREE admission for one full year, Members First Saturday {8:30-9 am reserved exclusively for members}, discount on birthday party packages, invitations to members-only parties and events, membership valid at Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center, and Members Scoop News. Astros Buddies

Astros Buddies gives you a chance to view the games at a discounted price. With each membership you get two tickets for four games, an Astros Buddies Kit (including a backpack, reversable bucket hat, Astros socks and more), first access to Kids Run the Bases, and other exciting opportunities.

Rockets Kids

Sugar Land Space Cowboys

The Space Cowboys are an official Astros’ affiliate team based in Sugar Land. For a chance to watch the games with your kiddos you can purchase the Orion Kids Club Membership and receive 1 ticket to each Sunday home game, an official Orion’s Kids t-shirt, and an opportunity to skip the line for Kids Run the Bases every Sunday.
