Set away in a cute little house, this restaurant offers specialty cocktails, delicious appetizers, and there is always a special on hand. Make sure to make your reservation because it fills up fast.

Little Hen

Location: 4444 Westheimer Court Suite H110, Houston, TX 

This one is for the girls! If your crew has a big birthday to celebrate, take them to Little Hen. Pro tip: reserve it way in advance! Take a look around and see why this place is booked quickly! It’s a perfect place for a vibrant Instagram post not to mention the menu consists of healthy eats, yummy omelets, and some local favorites.

Bari 

Location: 4444 Westheimer Road A175, Houston, TX

How about a little taste of Italy right here in Houston? This restaurant is another highly recommended spot from local moms. Whether it is brunch, lunch, or dinner, you will feast on true Italian fare such as carpaccio, pappardelle bolognese, and pizza kicked up a notch.

La Griglia

We had some Houston moms share this Italian treat for your special occasion. Located in River Oaks, La Griglia offers everything from charcuteries to zuppa to all your favorite pastas. Happy Hour is offered Monday-Friday from 3pm-7pm, so grab your loved one and enjoy the patio and catch the game before dining on the deliciousness.

Bludorn

Location: 807 Taft Street, Houston, Texas

When polling many Houston moms, this restaurant came up more than once for date nights and moms night out. From burgers to pot pies and even short rib ravioli, you will find a bite for all taste buds. The menus seasonally rotate so no matter when you go, there is a plate to satisfy all.

B&B Butchers

Location: 1814 Washington Avenue, Houston, TX

And now it’s time for steak. Or maybe a slab of bacon? If steak isn’t for you, they have seafood fare as well. They do serve the finest Texas and Japanese Wagyu all hand cut in their very own butcher shop. They are open daily for lunch as well, but maybe it’s the brunch that sells you. Enjoy that with live music on the patio on Sundays from 11am-3pm.
