Oh, The Vintage Pearl.  Where do I even begin?  Maybe with the dainty drop necklaces that can be personalized with your sweet babes names and birthstones.  Or their skinny message rings that look absolutely stunning individually or stacked.  And don’t even get me started on the sweetheart jewelry box which would make the most perfect of gifts for just about any woman in your life!  Bottom line, this handstamped jewelry will melt anyone’s heart…especially the tender heart that only a mama can have.

And speaking of moms, I have to introduce you to Erin – the amazingly talented and super sweet mom behind The Vintage Pearl.  When asked to share a little bit about her story, this is what she said, “The Vintage Pearl began in 2007 on my kitchen counters.  I began making jewelry as a creative outlet while being a stay at home mom to our little ones.  What began as a ‘just for fun’ hobby soon turned into a small business when I became overwhelmed with too many orders.  Faithful friends jumped in to help me, and we now have a small but amazingly talented team of artists.”  Pretty incredible, huh?  But she didn’t stop there.  She has turned her company into an opportunity to now bless others as well.  Her caring heart and kind spirit has led her to donate to charities and ministries all around the world.  Amazing!

Since finding out about this precious online boutique and reading their beautiful story, I have been a huge fan.  But if you are like me, there is nothing like seeing jewelry in person.  Which is why I am so incredibly excited to share with you that…

The Vintage Pearl is coming to Houston!

On November 2nd {…or should I say in THREE DAYS!}, The Vintage Pearl will be opening a location in Sugar Land Town Square with a big celebration!  Our whole big, beautiful city is invited to stop by from 10 am – 8 pm for cupcakes, sales, and a giveaway wheel where everyone wins…yippee!  I have been keeping up with the renovations on their blog, and so far – I love what I see…

The Vintage Pearl - Grand Opening 2

Having a storefront in our city is so incredibly exciting, and I am thrilled to finally get my hands on a few pieces of my own.  {I am thinking about this beautiful piece for my sweet mom, and I definitely need this one for me.}  So until the big opening this weekend, be sure to ‘like’ them on Facebook to stay up-to-date on the progress.  And mark it in your calendar now to stop by on Saturday and check it out for yourself!

Their mission is “to design and create beautiful handmade pieces that will tug at your heartstrings and keep your loved ones close.”  And I don’t know about you, but I would say that mission has been accomplished for me!

Kelly D
Kelly is the founder of Houston Moms Blog and has lived in this beautiful city nearly all of her life. She has a degree in education from Texas State University and was honored to teach special education for eight years to some of the cutest little kiddos you could ever meet. While teaching, Kelly met Cody – a tall drink of water and country boy to the core – and together, they fell in love, got married, and decided to start a family. In March 2011, they welcomed Hayes into the world, a silly but smart little boy with a story you have to read to believe. And in April 2013, their family was complete with the addition of Hadley, a super gregarious and oh-so-cute baby girl. Now, Kelly devotes her days to caring for her own little ones…and would not trade this new job of hers for the world! In her not-so-spare time, Kelly loves meeting up with her girlfriends for margaritas, failing miserably at Pinterest projects, and exploring this big old city with her two favorite little side-kicks in tow.
