Looking for a great location for your next Mom’s Night Out? Or how about an easy family friendly dinner so you don’t have to cook or do any dishes tonight? Rotolo’s Craft & Crust recently hosted some of our Houston Moms team at their new location in Spring, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.

Come Hungry

Outside, it was a cold and rainy February day, but inside we were immediately feeling cozy, comfortable, and welcome. The menu is expansive and they even offer several vegan and gluten free options which was a bonus for our team. We went for the classic and thin crust pizzas at our lunch but I hear the deep dish is incredible as well. From delicious and fresh made from scratch pizzas to seriously good cocktails, this place has both good food and good vibes. We ordered a couple of glasses of wine and even a perfectly smoked Old Fashioned to go with our lunch.

Don’t Skip Dessert!

After munching on our appetizers of fried calimari and deliciously crispy brussel sprouts, as well as our pepperoni and fig and prosciutto pizzas, we thought we were full. That is, until the desserts came out. We definitely made room! I highly recommend the bread pudding bites. Everyone on our team was obsessed with these delectable little bites covered in caramel and a vanilla cream mousse. The King Cake Calzone was also super yummy and fun for this time of year. It’s available now through the end of February so make sure to try it while you can! Our whole team agreed that the meal was both delicious and a great value. We can’t wait to go back and bring the whole family next time!

In 1996, the original Rotolo’s Pizzeria was opened in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by Mitch Rotolo. The casual Italian restaurant has since grown into a successful franchise with locations across the south and many more in the works. Their newest restaurant, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, brings in a slew of draft beer options so every local can enjoy their favorites. They also have a full wine and cocktail menu and host happy hour and events like Mom’s Night Out. And they’re doing it all in a cool and family friendly atmosphere that you’ll look forward to visiting again and again. This is their first location in the Houston area and we’re giving them two thumbs up along with a warm Texas welcome.

Rotolo’s uses only the freshest ingredients and they make their original dough fresh daily at each location. Combine that with their homemade sauces and freshly prepared vegetables, and you have a recipe for a fresh and delicious meal. Rotolo’s Craft & Crust strives to provide their customers with great quality food and service at an affordable price in a fun and family-friendly environment. They are truly all about family and community and you feel that the minute you walk in. They’re excited to get more involved in their new Houston home and look forward to hosting spirit nights and fundraisers for the local area schools and organizations. Why not let Rotolo’s Craft & Crust do the cooking tonight?
